In the last week of April the design of passage and yard was completed. On the ground floor, commercial unit was approved for use.

HOUSEWARMING PARTY AND OPENING DAY

Wednesday, 30.3. the Residence V Horkách was inaugurated. During a pleasant afternoon and early evening, when the buyers could come to take closer look at the remaining units and assess their quality, took place the ribbon cutting ceremony and for visitors was prepaired rich food. The sounds of soft music create a great atmosphere to get acquainted with new inhabitants, representatives of the investor, project management and exclusive sales. For children there were prepared many attractions, including facepainting.

The tour of completed units will run for the interested visitors from 2pm till 4pm, at 4pm the House Warming Party will be officialy opened and followed by free party program with music, refreshments and entertainment for children.

OPENING DAYS AFTER FINAL BUILDING APPROVAL

We would like to invite you to the OPENING DAYS of the residential project V Horkách, which will take place on Friday 4th March 2011 from 4pm to 7pm and Saturday 5th March 2011 from 10am to 2pm.

RESIDENCE V HORKÁCH IS COMPLETED

IMPACT Engineering company completed the construction of the residential project V Horkách in Prague - Nusle. Final building approval took place on the 14th February 2011.

More than 70% of residential units were sold before the date of the final approval. The estimated date of moving in is during March 2011.

THIRD OPENING DAYS

At the end of the first November week, on Friday 5.11. and Saturday 6.11., we organized the third Opening Days Residence V Horkách. Five dozen visitors could learn about the three model apartments but also about continuing work on the outer parts of the object – for example, two weeks ago finished street facade, and the work advencement in the house courtyard which offers residents a place to rest and the children their own playground attractions.

Already 50% of units sold shows that the project is very successful.

OPENING DAYS / 5-6th NOVEMBER 2010

We would like to invite you to the OPENING DAYS of the residential project V Horkách, Prague 4 - Nusle, which will take place on Friday 5.11.2010 from 4pm to 7pm and Saturday 6.11.2010 from 10am to 4pm. We will be presented three flats on the 1st floor of the building. The flat A1 and B2 are not furnished but equipped with the classic standards and the flat A6 is furnished and equipped with upper standards. This was a great chance for actual and future clients to get a clearer idea of the diverse possibilities. Here are some pictures of the flats..

85% IS PAID AFTER THE FINAL BUILDING APPROVAL

Did you know that the largest portion of purchase price is paid after the final building approval? Our project´s payment schedule is set up very advantageously. After signing the reservation contract, our clients pay the reservation fee in an amount of 100.000 CZK. The additional payment up to the amount of 15% of the purchase price is paid when the client signs the „pactum de contrahendo“. The remaining 85% of the purchase price is paid after the final building approval. This payment schedule ensures our clients that the developer is not financially dependent on individual payments to complete the project. Development company finances the project for the most part from their own sources. More information can be found in section Financing. PLAYGROUND IN COURT

For relaxation, the residents can take advantage of the private courtyard with greenery, trees and ornamental shrubs. Furthermore, there will be attractions for your children, i.e. the jungle gym and the sandbox. The rear court part will be terminated with the wall completely covered with creepers that make the local climate more comfortable. An insight of the future form of the rear part can give you the visualization or the project model which you can see at our company.

SUCCESSFUL OPENING DAYS

The Opening Days we have organized on Friday 3.9. and Saturday 4.9. attended nearly one hundred of visitors. We offered detailed information on the possibilities of modern residential living. Three attractive show flats with the area exceeding 221 square meters provided enough space to answer any questions and also allowed the visitors to form a picture of the project which is only a few months before completion.
We are very pleased with the interest and thanks to all participants, the Opening Days at Residence V Horkách were a great success.

Works of construction started

Works of construction started and will be finished at the end of the year 2010. High quality materials will be used throughout the interiors. You can imagine the final product, if you visit our show flat at the project Nový Hrádek in Prague 9, which was recently finished with a success. Show flats are opened - First Opening days

During the opening days we have done in June, we have presented two flats (A1 & A6) on the 1st floor of the building. The flat A1 with the size of 27,82m² and terrace of 15m² (1+kk Atelier) is not furnished but equipped with the classic standards. The flat A6 with the size of 53,5m² and a terrace of 22,36m² (2+kk Atelier) is furnished and equipped with upper standards. This was a great chance for actual and future clients to get a clearer idea of the diverse possibilities.
