How do I conclude a binding reservation of an apartment?

You have the ability to secure an exclusive reservation for a period of 5 days. During this period you may conclude a binding reservation. Further details of the reservation procedure are outlined in the "Payment Schedule". If a binding reservation does not occur by the end of the 5 day period, the reservation on the apartment lapses.

I am a foreigner. Can I acquire real estate in the Czech Republic as a private person, or am I obliged to set up a company for this purpose?

Limitation for non-EU members concerning the purchase of Real Estate has changed.
Nowadays also non-EU members can by Real Estate as a private person.

What is the difference between a flat and an atelier?

A flat is a residential unit where you can live and establish a permanent residence permit.
An atelier is a non-residential unit which can not be colaudated as a residential unit for reason of insufficient day-lighting and you can not establish a residence permit.
An atelier is a good investment opportunity for companies as you can deduct the VAT from the purchase price.
